Even if there are very few individual cases, we would like to inform you about our easy handling before you buy.

If it is a simply exchangeable exchange part that you can and would like to exchange yourself:
- You can report the damage, stating the machine, the damage and your contact details, with photos, by e-mail to info@vielitz.de.
- We will process your claim at very short notice.
- We will send you this part as soon as possible in the case of warranty cases acknowledged by us.
- Your assembly costs will be paid as agreed by us.
If it concerns a repair which you cannot or do not want to carry out yourself:
- You can report the damage via a workshop of your choice at your site, stating the machine and your contact details, gladly with photos by e-mail to info@vielitz.de.
- The workshop will send us a description of the fault and a cost estimate.
- We will process your request at short notice.
- In the case of warranty cases recognised by us, we will send the required parts to the workshop as quickly as possible.
- The workshop charges the repair costs directly to us.
- In this case, you do not have to pay anything to us and do not have to spend any time returning the parts in transport packaging.
It is that simple.
Hints:
- Please keep old parts for 2 months if requested by the technical department. If this is the case, we will send you a return label and thus cover the return costs.
